The Social Edge is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
Organizing and maintaining complex schedules, answering phones, reception, maintaining office supplies, coordinating internal and external meetings, research projects, ordering new equipment, maintaining company inventory, preparing meeting agendas, orientation of new employees, overseeing incoming and outgoing packages, maintain internal databases, project management, prepare correspondence, coordination and oversight of logistics, attending to executives, basic HR functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, proper email and telephone etiquette, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize numerous projects at once, remain discreet with confidential information, working knowledge of technology and online publishing a major benefit. Specific HR experience a plus.
